Solar is the simpler choice. No installation is required beyond positioning the light, and it operates entirely self-sufficiently. However, solar performance depends on sunlight availability. The hardwired version is the better option for entrances, driveways, or any location where consistent, reliable brightness is important regardless of weather or season.

What are the two height options and which suits my space?

The 20" height is ideal as a compact accent beside planting, along a terrace edge, or in a courtyard where a taller fixture would feel imposing. At 30" the Astralis reads as a proper landscape feature with more visual presence. Suitable for framing an entrance or anchoring a path.

Is the Astralis weather-resistant enough to leave outside year-round?

Yes. The die-cast aluminum body is rated IP65, meaning it is fully protected against dust and sustained water jets. It is designed to hold its finish through rain, frost, and sun across all seasons without requiring seasonal storage.

Does the Astralis need wiring?

Only if you choose the hardwired version. The solar variant needs no cable and no electrician: site it where it catches a few hours of direct sun and it switches itself on at dusk. The hardwired variant connects to your outdoor supply for consistent output regardless of sunlight.
